Legal
By creating an account or using Moors (“the Site”), you agree to this Community Policy and the Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Moors is a community platform. Almost all posts, replies, images, portfolios, profile information, links, and other materials are created and shared by users (“User Content”), not by Moors or its operators.
You are solely responsible for everything you post, upload, share, or transmit. Do not post illegal content or content that violates the rights or safety of others. Content you share is attributed to your account. You own your work; sharing it publicly means others may view, copy, use, or redistribute it — that risk is yours.
The Site owner and operators do not claim ownership of User Content and do not profit from selling your posts, images, or portfolios. By posting publicly, you acknowledge Moors is an open community surface. Operators are not responsible for how third parties use User Content after it is published.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moors and its operators are not responsible or liable for User Content, user opinions or conduct, offensive or unlawful material from third parties, interactions between users, reliance on User Content, or copying/misuse by others. User Content does not reflect the views of Moors unless clearly stated by staff.
Adult tags and adult-flagged posts are restricted to users who are 18+ and who enable adult access in Settings by confirming their legal name and date of birth against the DOB on their account. Automated image checks do not make the Site owner responsible for User Content.
Uploaded images may be checked automatically (for example SafeSearch). Violent content may be blocked; adult or racy imagery without an adult tag may be rejected. Logged-in users may report posts. After more than two unique open reports on a post with an image, that image may be hidden as “Under review” until staff review it. Misuse of reporting may result in a ban.
Staff may remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts to keep the community usable and lawful. Moderation does not create a duty to monitor all User Content.
Use Report on the post or contact staff through the Site. For illegal material, relevant authorities may also be notified as described in the Terms of Service.
We store account details needed to run the Site (email, username, date of birth, profile settings) using our hosting and auth providers. Do not post private information you are not willing to share publicly.
This policy may be updated. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
