By creating an account or using Moors (“the Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service and the Community Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Moors. Adult content and adult tags require that you are at least 18 and that you enable adult access in Settings by confirming your legal name and a date of birth that matches the DOB on your account.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, password, and activity under your username. Do not share credentials. Staff may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or applicable law.
4. User Content & ownership
You retain ownership of content you create (“User Content”). The Site owner does not own your work and does not profit from selling it. By posting, you grant Moors a limited license only to host, store, display, and transmit your content as needed to operate the Site. Posting publicly invites others to potentially copy or redistribute your work — operators are not responsible for third-party misuse. You must have the rights to post what you share.
5. Content rules
Do not post illegal content or links, harass, threaten, dox, or impersonate others. Respect tag rules and adult-content boundaries. Image uploads may be checked automatically; violent content may be blocked; adult or racy imagery without an adult tag may be rejected. Users may report posts; repeated false reports may result in a ban.
6. Disclaimer of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moors and its owners, operators, and staff are not liable for User Content or user conduct, loss of data or account access, service interruptions, damages from use of the Site, or unauthorized copying of User Content. The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
7. Moderation
Admins and moderators may remove content, ban users, revoke adult access, and manage tags as needed. Moderation is discretionary and does not create a duty to monitor all content.
8. Availability
Features may change, and the service may be unavailable at times. We are not liable for lost posts or downtime.
9. Breach of these terms
If you share illegal content, links, or material, we may remove it, suspend your account, and forward that content to the appropriate authorities. What you share is attributed to your account and is not anonymous.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes may also be announced on the Site.
